Taken in 1897, two Valley residents make the best of a summer day on an "outing" in Redondo Beach. Perhaps this well protected young couple understood 112 years ago that Redondo Beach and the Valley are at the same latitude as Oran Algeria and Cairo Egypt.
The San Fernando Valley, in the heart of the Creative Capital of the World, deserves at great Museum of history and culture.
