VIEW FROM THE ALMEROTH HOUSE IN NORTHRIDGE EARLY 1950s

CHERISHING OUR VALLEY         2012

Among the recent Northridge Boys Baseball memorabilia sent to The Museum of the San Fernando Valley from Pete Almeroth, is this snapshot of Northridge taken in the early 1950s. The house was at 17353 Willard Street.  The photograph was taken from the roof, "looking north?" toward Roscoe (Boulevard).
"Notice the incinerator in the yard to the left. Everybody had one. Also check out the little white dots at the top of the photo, not sure."  Pete Almeroth 2012.

The little white dots are above the clouds and just above the utility lines.
